Parents Filed PIL at High court 050718

As we all know we have continued our fight to have better education system. We have filed PIL at High Court which is heard by High court Bench of Two Judges and put up for Chief Justice to constitute special bench to hear given matter. Earlier Schools  approached to high court in May 2018 and schools cases connected to put up together to special bench.

Case Number 14860 filled by Unaided Private Schools Association U.P. (Upsa)Thru.President

Case Number 15234 filled by St. Teresa’S Day School Thru. Principal Peter Fanthome & Ors

Our key Prayers to address following points:

• Irregularities of UP Fee regulation Ordinance 2018
• Build Infrastructure to comply with Article 21A for free and compulsory education.

We continued our fight inspite of many odds to have better education system for our society. We strongly believe that together we can build better society. Its important for us to be connected and support each other to win this fight together.
