Update (Feb-2020) High Court Case on Debarred student

Honorable High Court issued order with following :

(1) Take Examination of student for class VII in Feb 2020 and if student passes then admit student in class VIII

(2) Further take examination of student for class VIII in April 2020 and if student pass then admit in class IX

(3) Release fee of 2017-18 to school, which is deposited in court.

(4) Order specifically pointed that this order can’t be referred in any other case as order passed due to peculiar situation of this case

While issuing this order, this appears to be class VII examination point contradicting with clause of RTE Act. Same is highlighted in another writ petition which is expected to heard by court in next Court Hearing.
