SC Rejects School Petition on UP Fee Regulation Ordinance 2018

Independent school federation filled case in Hon’ble Supreme court on UP Fee regulation ordinance 2018. School also put application for early hearing. Supreme Court rejected petition of school on UP Fee regulation ordinance 2018 as they didn’t approached high court before approaching Supreme Court.
