Progress on 15th Mar 2018: State Submitted response, Court tabled three questions to address in this case: Secretary, Basic Education, Government of U.P., filed response in behalf of state. Court reviewed the response filled by state and tabled three issues to be considered in this case:
The issues that may arise for consideration in the present petition are:
(a) whether by providing primary schools under the U.P. Basic Education Board or otherwise, the State has been able to fulfil its obligation under Article 21-A of the Constitution of India;
(b) whether any direction can be issued to the State to legislate for regulating fee charged by private institutions; and
(c) whether the Court can, by a writ of mandamus, regulate fee of private institutions in absence of any law, rule, regulation or notification made/issued by the State.
CBSE already filled reply in high court on 22nd Feb 2018. Earlier on 5th Feb 2018 JD Meerut, DIOS Ghaziabad and DM Ghazaiabad filled reply in High Court via Assistant DIOS Ghaziabad. On 22nd Feb 2018,
