In compliance to order of the Honorable Chief Minister and Principal Secretary dated 21.10.2017 and your order dated 15.12.2017, it is to be informed that Indirapuram Public School, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, is recognized school from CBSE board Delhi, due to which the said institution is not under the control of the basic education department. For this reason, the schools affiliated with CBSE board do not comply with the Orders/instructions given by Block Education Officer of Department of Basic Education, or the District Basic Education Officer. For the above reasons, the Basic Education Department can not take any legal action as per the rules against the schools affiliated to CBSE Board.
