Response to School on Fee reminder Jan2018

Dear Madam,
This is about school fees. We parents approached multiple times to school to pay fee as per State Govt/CBSE circular and guidelines. In this regard, there is multiple communication sent via Email, speed post and also application handed over at school (receiving dated 23.08.2017 attached here).
However, Even after multiple request you are not ready to accept fee. recently we observed that school sending fee reminders to parents via courier.
This is clear harassment to parents, as we parents ready to pay fee as per CBSE and State govt Guidelines, but you are ignoring our request and on other side sending reminders. You have not responded to our communications sent to you time to time.
For fee increase CBSE Bye laws have clear Guidelines under rule 11.3:
“The Unaided schools should consult parents through parent’s representatives before revising the fees”

School didn’t connect to parents on fee increase, which is guideline of fee increase as in CBSE Bye Laws. I would request you to look into the matter and reply as soon as possible and on urgent basis.
