Chief Justice Order to List old cases for review

Over years private schools have put many cases in high court challenging government action on private schools. As per private schools, government can’t interfere in schools working and schools have full right to decide Fee, & fee hike.

Various Complains submitted by parents and parents association to District and State level authorities, on irregularities of school fee hike, fee heads, books, etc… District and State level authorities have taken steps on complaints received and issued notice, government orders and direction.

Private schools challenged such notice, government orders and direction issued by District and State level authorities in Allahabad High Court. IN almost all such cases filled by private schools in court, court have given stays orders on notice, government orders and direction issued by District and State level authorities. As a result, district and state level authorities not able to take any action against irregularities reported of private schools.
