NCPCR letter to DM on Violation of Act

Background: Indirapuram Public School Crossings Republik (Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh) debarred children from attending class since April 2018.

The National Commission for protection of child Rights (NCPCR) has taken cognizance of the complaint under the section 16,17 of RTE Act 2009 and section 13&14 of CPCR Act 2005.

Commission requested District Magistrate Ghaziabad, to submit report of investigation along with action taken report on compliant within 20 working days of issuing the letter.
